Deborah Smith, born June 1986 in Dublin Ireland. Smith graduated with an Honours degrees in Visual Arts Practice in Dun Laoghaire’s Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Co. Dublin in 2010. She specialised in 2D Drawing and Video work. Her work focuses on particular moments that we often let pass us by. Smiths work explores the familiar and heightens the banal through experimenting with different forms of display. She presents her work in a way that allows the viewer a moment of reflection.
